Develop an urban and cosmopolitan identity for the new Coorparoo precinct in Brisbane and market it for sale.

Solution

The development of the core identity ‘Start Something’ provided a creative platform for colour, vibrancy and connectivity for the development. Metaphorically, ‘The Hive’ presented a great platform to spark a sense of vibrancy and energy around the project. Strategic marketing, design, and 3D renders enabled the development marketing to pop.
