Located opposite Redfern Station, Redfern Village is a new retail precinct in the heart of Redfern, Sydney. Redfern Village offers a range of specialist retailers, food outlets and a brand new SPAR Supermarket.


Heard PR was tasked with executing an effective local media-focused campaign with the goal of raising interest and awareness for the tenants of Redfern Village.


In a successful four months of PR activity, Heard PR had strong wins through a comprehensive local media outreach strategy. This strategy included media releases, interviews, and targeted pitching.


Coverage was obtained in key publications including placement in numerous local media and trade titles such as Central Magazine, City Hub, and Hair Biz. Redfern Village tenants were also featured in Body + Soul and Men’s Muscle and Health Magazine for additional publicity.
